3. When you sew the half hexagons together, the points on the triangles will line up. Use these points to align the seams so they meet exactly.

4. Press all seams open.

5. Place the rows back on the wall in their original places.

6. Sew the rows together. As you take the rows off the wall, put an orientation pin in one end. This way, after you sew and press them, you can place them on the wall in the correct position. When you place the rows right sides together, the points neatly fit one on top of the other. This aligns all the seams. Keep in mind that these hexagons have bias edges, which offer a little extra stretch that may help line up the points exactly if necessary.
